Tipworthy Tuesday: Easy DIY Lace Jars

Have a favorite vintage lace fabric?  An old hanky or swatch you’re itching to repurpose?  Thanks to Post Road Vintage, we have a handy how-to tip for you today.  The ends result leaves you with super cute vases or candle holders!

First, you need your vintage lace hanky or fabric, sewing scissors, hot glue gun, old jars, ribbon or twine for embellishing (optional) & lids (optional).

Cut your fabric to desired size, and hot glue your lace around the jar.  Make sure and tuck in the ends for a clean look.

They’re simply lovely with a little twine or embellishment too.

LOVE them for use as a candle holder, the light shines through the lace detail so beautifully!  Perfect for a wedding.

Happy crafting :)
