Baby shower hosts, take note! This is the perfect hand-held and decor-friendly recipe for your next shower.
We made these for our recent Storytime by the Sea baby shower, and they were definitely a hit. Not only are they adorable because they’re served in baby food jars (relevance!) but they look great on display. Plus, did I mention the yumminess?
You can choose any fruit, really. We went with lemon flavors this time. You’ll need: clean baby food jars- labels removed, angel food cake (crumbled), vanilla pudding, lemon cookies (crumbled), cool whip, and lemon candy pieces.
Once you’re done mashing up your cake and cookies, separate and set aside. The best way to do this is assembly line style. Layer them up! From the bottom: cake-pudding-cookies-cool whip-candy piece on top. It’s ok if it looks messy, I mean, we’re emulating baby food, right? And don’t forget the little spoons!
You won’t be disappointed with the result- and neither will your guests!
